Attorney Sugarman, a senior partner, was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and commenced the practice of law in 1974, and hence has 34 year of experience. He is an executive member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. His practice is in the area of Family Law, including but not limited to divorce, paternity actions, modification complaints, contempt complaints, grandparents rights of visitation and other areas of Family Law. He has had the privilege of representing some of Worcester County's outstanding citizens including police officers, court employees, as well as executives, common workers, and housewives. Attorney Sugarman is present at the Worcester Probate and Family Court on a regular basis, which enables him to build strong relationships with court personnel and his peers.

Attorney Sugarman also prides himself in his ample knowledge of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law. He has litigated many auto accident injuries, slip and fall injuries, dog bite injuries, lead paint injuries and many other areas of injury. As a partner in a prior law firm, Attorney Sugarman represented insurance companies in defense of personal injury actions for fifteen years and for the past nineteen years has concentrated in representing injured parties against insurance companies. He thus has practiced in both capacities of personal injury law field. Attorney Sugarman has settled cases for various amounts including one for up to $800,000.00.
