    Client, a twenty-year-old Sutton man, was charged with DUI/OUI. Through an effective cross-examination of the arresting officer, Attorney Gribouski was able to demonstrate the deficiencies in the government's case. Client was found not guilty.

    Client, a bookkeeper in her family business, was charged with her husband with larceny and insurance fraud. They allegedly misrepresented the type of work their business did, as well as their number of employees to avoid paying high workers compensation premiums. Despite the government presenting hundreds of documents and over twenty witnesses Attorney Gribouski was able to demonstrate the fallibility of the government's case. Client was found not guilty of all charges.
  • Worcester Juvenile Court July 18, 2008
    Client, a Rutland man was charged with several drug distribution defenses for allegedly selling drugs to an unnamed informant. As a result of these sales a search warrant was issued for his home. Attorney Gribouski aggressively attacked the use of the informant as well as the basis for the search warrant. Based on the motions filed by Attorney Gribouski several of the charges were dismissed and the remaining charge was continued without a finding, which enables clients to maintain a conviction free record.
  • Gardner District Court July 11, 2008
    Client, a Gardner, Massachusetts man was charged with OUI/DUI third offense. He was thus facing a mandatory jail sentence and an eight-year loss of license if convicted. His license had already been suspended by the DMV for five years for refusing to take the breath test. Not only was Attorney Gribouski able to demonstrate the weakness in the governments case he persuaded the judge, after his client was found not guilty, to order the DMV to reinstate the client's license.
  • East Brookfield District Court July 8, 2008
    Client, a twenty-five year old Webster man was charged with DUI/OUI. The police officer testified that he based his arrest on the client's performance on the field sobriety tests. Attorney Gribouski demonstrated the improper conduction of the tests by the police officer as well as highlighted the positive performance by client. Client was found not guilty of OUI/DUI.
  • Newburyport District Court July 1, 2008
    Client, a woman from Lynn, was stopped by the Newburyport Police for speeding. Empty bottles of liquor were found in her car. Attorney Gribouski was able to persuade the judge to exclude the bottles of liquor from evidence, as the prosecutor could not prove they had been consumed on the night of the arrest. After extensive cross-examination of the police officer, the client was found not guilty.
  • Worcester District Court June 17, 2008
    Client, a Northbridge man was charged with DUI/OUI Liquor and Drugs. Attorney Gribouski persuaded the prosecutor to dismiss the DUI/OUI drug charge and proceed to trial only of the DUI/OUI Liquor charge. After trial his client was found not guilty.
  • Westborough District Court June 10, 2008
    Client, a Shrewsbury man, was stopped by the Massachusetts State Police after a cell phone caller reported he was traveling 105 MPH on Route 495. After being stopped he was arrested and charged with OUI/DUI. Attorney Gribouski was bale to persuade the judge to exclude evidence of the cell phone caller as unreliable hearsay. After trial client was found not guilty.
  • Uxbridge District Court June 4, 2008
    Client, a Sutton resident, was arrested and charged with OUI causing serious bodily injury. Client submitted to a breath test, which resulted in her being over the legal limit. Attorney Gribouski's investigation revealed that the breath test was improperly administered. After filing the appropriate motions the breath test was excluded from evidence. Client was then found not guilty after trial.
