Probate and Family Court

  • The ex-wife of a former client tried to re-open a divorce case after approximately twenty years, in an attempt to seek the division of the client’s retirement plan. After bringing the matter before the Appeals Court, the Court ruled in Attorney Kneeland’s favor and ruled that the ex-wife was not entitled to a portion of the client’s retirement plan.
